Good Neighbor Day Craft Register

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of your accepting this registration, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors administrators, and representatives waive and release any and all rights, claims and obligations of any kind for any damages of any kind that I may have against Downingtown Good Neighbor Day, Inc. and any and all sponsors and volunteer organizers of this event, their successors, representatives and assigns, for any and all losses suffered while traveling to and from, and while in anyway involving this event. I also waive any rights of subrogation by any party. Lastly I will hold harmless Downingtown Good Neighbor Day, Inc. and volunteers harmless from any damages that I may have contributed to in any way.

All corporate participants must submit a certificate of insurance naming Downingtown Good Neighbor Day, Inc and the Borough of Downingtown as additional insured. This certificate must accompany this application.

Exhibitors should plan to arrive in time to unload and remove their cars or trucks from the Craft Fair area before 7:30 a.m. on July 3rd, 2010. Vehicle access to this area will not be permitted during the Run for Life Race - 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. After 1:00 pm, you will have vehicular access to this area.

All exhibitors must provide their own tables or booths. All participants are encouraged to give demonstrations of their crafts where practical. Food and beverages can be purchased throughout the day.

All spaces will be assigned by the committee. Except for event cancellation, NO REFUNDS will be considered.

Space size is 10’ x 15’

Cost

Early registration - prior to June 1st is $50.00

After June 1st the cost per space will be $70.00
